Final Evaluation
Premiere Pro
When it comes to Premiere Pro i was aware of how to handle the software meaning it was easier to for me finish the project and experiment with some effects as i was familiar with software.
I think that Cup of Tea project was successful this is because it meets it's desired purpose which is to show how to make a cup of tea in a unique by including various shots that allowed the work to be more exciting i.e. underneath the cup shot.
Furthermore, i think this project could have been improved by including maybe more shots for example over the top and underneath the cup shot at the same time in between each other to create an illusion of an abstract piece of work however that would require bigger budget as i would have to set up two cameras simultaneously in order to record the same thing.
After Effects
However, when it comes to After Effects i wasn't familiar with the software at all meaning i had to learn it from the scratch just like Unity meaning that i wasn't sure what i was able to squeeze out of the software and what the software is capable of and how to make simple things faster in order to increase productivity. When experimenting with After Effects i have done some lettering of my name and some placeholder names where each letter was filled with an alpha background creating a fine animation.
Furthermore, during my adventure with the software due to technical limitations i have experienced many crashes throughout meaning that work have unfortunately been lost but some have been recovered furthermore i have created some more work using After Effects and Mocha however i wasn't able to record/ i don't have access it as i wasn't expecting for the University to close down and copies of my files have stayed on University local drive.
