During today's session I have created a smoke effect in After Effects as well as I have started to play around with a 3D camera and using my name where bits of the name would break apart.
For the name effect I have used a masking tool in order to create a duplicate layer which has only parts that have broken off furthermore in order to move around the scenery i have used a two node 3D camera which allowed to get the end result where i am able to move around the scene and create animation.

For the smoke effect i have focused on using fractal noise tool and text tool in order to get the effect where in order to get the effect of smoke moving I have duplicated a layer of fractal noise but have made it to move in another direction and with different texture in order to create more realistic movement.
